In addition, we are able to routinely capture moments which using normal speed video were rather rare event (contact of the ball with a tennis racket is three to five thousandths of a second). High-speed video reveals the truth about your game and the reason why so many coaches and instructors don't use the video for training their players is that video also reveal their fundamental tennis knowledge deficiencies and shortcomings.
